Admin edits and scores managers, and adjusts the team. Manager edits and scores the team members in their own discipline, not themselves. Team member has view-only access to their own scorecard. People sign in with Microsoft using the email shown here; Access comes from the Admin or Manager app role assigned to them in Microsoft Entra and is refreshed each time they sign in (no role means Team member). Changing someone's email signs them out and lets the next sign-in with the new email claim the entry; clearing it stops them signing in while keeping their scorecards and logs. You can't change your own email. Role sets which KPI list a person is measured against; removing a person deletes their scorecards and event log.
